Get tickets for a fun night where this community gathers in support of local affordable homeownership opportunity. As the event name alludes, the mission is two fold, (1) have fun and (2) raise funds to build a home for a family right here in Bowling Green.
On this one night, coming on the heels of Giving Tuesday, whether you are in attendance or would like to support from the comfort of your home, everyone can be a part of this unique fundraiser. Every dollar you contribute — through tickets, sponsorship, game play, live-auction, and/or the silent auction — supports construction of affordable homeownership opportunity in this community.
Why One Night - One House?
We had this crazy idea...what if we tried to raise the funds to build a home for a local family, in just one night.
Our vision is a world in which everyone has a decent place to live, and our work is empowered by people who believe access to affordable housing in this community is critical. We build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter; and we are committed to serving the area as a trusted partner in homeownership solutions.
We are deeply grateful for, and simply do not exist without, the many people who empower our work in numerous ways. We would be honored for you to join on this unique night.
When and Where?
When: Friday, December 6, 2024 (6:00PM-Midnight)
Where: threeTHIRTYone Wedding and Event Venue (331 Kentucky Street, Bowling Green, KY, 42101).

Located in the heart of historic Bowling Green, KY. A beautiful new event venue, with ample parking, located on Kentucky Street, near the Historic RailPark and Train Museum & Jump Air Zone.
Food, Drinks, Games & Entertainment
Food and Drink - Restaurants across Bowling Green will be contributing to various small plate dining and refreshment options throughout the night. Alongside this selection of flavorful bites, the event will have bar options available. Stay tuned for updated food and drink menu.
Games - A few fundraising optional ticketed games will be available for event attendees. Including construction themed guessing games, gift card pulls, and more.
Entertainment - Everyone knows we build homes, but it's not everyday we build a band. Throughout the night, four local music acts will be building tunes to cut a rug to, so bring those dancing shoes. Featuring: The Rock Band Academy, the Jamie Resch Band, Peter the Freshman, and DWH (Devore, Weiss, & Hall Trio).
Silent & Live Auction
Silent Auction - Whether you are in attendance or supporting from afar, silent auction goodies will be lined up just for you! The silent auction will be available online the week of the event, check back HERE to register and bid.
Live Auction - There will be a LIVE auction of a handful of unique packages/experiences, for which participation will be limited to event attendees only. We're excitedly building some amazing fundraising packages for auction!
