Building more than shelter!

Beyond building new homes we are building relationships with folks, from around this community and the country, who have volunteered on our sites and in the ReStore this year.
Thank you to all of our partners in Bowling Green, your continued investment in affordable homeownership opportunity is making an impact! A Partner in Homeownership Solutions
According to a 2023 housing needs assessment conducted by Bowen Nation Research, the available for-sale housing inventory in Bowling Green has diminished from 187 homes in 2019 to 100 homes in 2023, with very few homes now available under $200,000. Access to affordable homeownership and affordable homeownership solutions is continuing to be increasingly challenging.
