20 Years of ReStore & Raising $20,000
On August 27th, we celebrated the 20th birthday of our ReStore. For two decades our ReStore has been a vital source of funding in our work, creating a unique shopping destination, fostering sustainable recycling, and hosting a unique donation and volunteer opportunity for the community. In honor of this legacy, we reached out to community partners to honor these 20 years through a collective fundraising effort to raise $20,000 for current work in Warren County! We cannot thank our partners enough for taking up hammers and building with us! Thank you to each of our hammer partners in this campaign.

A Partner in Homeownership Solutions
According to a 2023 housing needs assessment conducted by Bowen Nation Research, the available for-sale housing inventory in Bowling Green has diminished from 187 homes in 2019 to 100 homes in 2023, with very few homes now available under $200,000. Access to affordable homeownership and affordable homeownership solutions is continuing to be increasingly challenging.
